First visit visits include: Infertility screening, transvaginal sonography, spermogram exam, if necessary, visiting a gynecologist and requesting tests to assess couples including: colorectal examination of the uterus, hormonal tests, Doppler sonography, liver ultrasonography And breast, ask for a pap smear and seek medical advice if you have a history of a specific illness, to get permission to treat and use infertility drugs, and more. Finally, the diagnosis and determination of the treatment protocol is done depending on the results of the tests performed.
Based on the results of the spermogram on the same day, it is determined whether other supplementary diagnostic measures, such as: repeat testing of the spermogram, chromosomal examination, or sampling of the testes before the onset of infertility, is required.
The proposed treatment methods may be one of the methods of ovulation stimulation (IO), intrauterine spermatic inoculation (IUI), IVF, microinjection, or sperm injection into oocyte cytoplasm in the laboratory environment (ICSI).
The success rate of the IUI method is about 20-25%, the IVF method is about 40-35%, and the microinjection method is about 40-50%.
The costs of performing any of the proposed methods, depending on the diagnostic tests, the number of ultrasounds, the type of drugs needed to stimulate ovulation, and … will be very different.
Note: If you wish to have a copy of the whole file, the presence of both the woman and the guardian is obligatory with the identity card. Otherwise, the copy of the case will only be delivered to the woman and the copy of the case will be handed over to the mistress only.
