Treatment with Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a method that improves pregnancy rate in those who have recurrent IVF faile history, that has effect on embryo implantation by improving the quality of the uterus enviroment. The platelets are best known for their importance in clotting blood. However, platelets also contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors which are very important in the healing of injuries.

Clinical findings have shown that PRP can be applied in treating infertility due to infertility failure (RIF) and thin endometrium.
